PROFILE

With a background as a product designer (BSc degree), a scientific education in Media Technology (MSc degree) and two trimesters at UCLA's Design | Media Arts department, I created an environment for myself where my passion to create is founded in a theoretical and technical background. With this mix of education I'm able to explore the world by creating. My research can range from human behavior to physical aspects of humans and objects and can result in new information (e.g. scientific articles) to physical (interactive) installations.
What started out as a fascination for the creation of new products evolved in the creation of new insights knowledge and information.

I worked at distinguished design companies in Barcelona and Amsterdam (resp. daifukudesigns.com and mvyachts.com) and have experience in hand drawing and model making (physical and 3D-CAD).

I have had exhibitions in Rotterdam, The Hague and Los Angeles and attended the Design and Media Arts department of UCLA.
