Models
.....Models are a very important way to visualize and analyze your designs. Where model making used to be handcrafts work, today the modern techniques are of a great help. While I am convinced that a skill like model making is indispensable for a good designer, I also use techniques like 3D printing to make a quick model of a very complicated shape. Nevertheless I also keep using the old way since the process of reshaping and designing during the process of model making gives me a lot more freedom.
